Returns allowed within 30 days of Purchase. Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned by December 31. Items must be in new condition. For any assistance reach out to orders@brekkens.com.

We want you to love your purchase from Brekken’s. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt
- Items purchased between November 1 – December 31 may be returned through January 31
Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box
- Clothing must have original tags attached
Online Returns
- Returns by mail are accepted
- A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if using our return label
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases may also be returned in-store at our downtown Brainerd location
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders
- To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after your return is received and inspected, funds may take 1-5 days to appear

When will my order ship?
For all orders placed by 2pm central we will ship those orders same day via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground. Orders placed after 2PM central will ship the next business day.
