Brekken's Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Brekken’s. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at orders@brekkens.com within 48 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping fees will be waived.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with original receipt
- Items purchased between November 1 – December 31 may be returned through January 31
Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition
- Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box
- Clothing must have original tags attached
Online Returns
- Returns by mail are accepted
- A $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if using our return label
In-Store Returns
- Online purchases may also be returned in-store at our downtown Brainerd location
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders
- To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after your return is received and inspected, funds may take 1-5 days to appear
