Brekken's will ship orders the same day for all orders placed by 2PM central via USPS priority mail or UPS Ground.

Returns and customer service

Returns allowed within 30 days of Purchase. Items purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned by December 31. Items must be in new condition. For any assistance reach out to orders@brekkens.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is on us for all orders over $50.

What is your return policy

Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned by January 31st.

 

For all returns by mail, $7.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for using our return label.  If you choose to ship without using the Brekken's return label, please return the merchandise to the address below. The customer is responsible for shipping costs using this method.

Merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition and have the original tags attached. Footwear must be in the original box and be in brand new condition and unworn. Store credit only when using a gift receipt. Credit card returns must be accompanied by the original credit card and will be credited to that card. Swimwear returns must have the tags attached. Returns on Buy one get one and gift card promotions may result in an adjusted refund amount.

At the moment Brekken's does not offer expedited shipping.

When will my order ship?

For all orders placed by 2pm central we will ship those orders same day via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground. Orders placed after 2PM central will ship the next business day.
