When will my order ship?
We know that you want your items as soon as possible! So Brekken's will ship orders the same day via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail for all orders placed by 2pm central Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next business day. Your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order is processed.
What is our return policy?
Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned by January 31st.
For all returns by mail, $7.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for using our return label.
We do not offer online exchanges. You will need to return your item(s) and place a new order.
Items must be in new condition and unworn and be returned in original shoe box or have clothing tags attached.
